What is happiness? Happiness is a simple state where your soul feels good, calm, silent, and free from worry, you can do everything allowed by Allah.

As we grow older, we start to realize that there is something more important than everything this world can offer.

Things that once excited us may no longer feel the same. For example, playing high-end AAA games might not be engaging anymore. There’s a feeling that something is missing inside, but we can’t quite explain what it is.

When we try to understand it, we often discover that it’s all about controlling the energy.

You are not the same person you were when you were younger. You may look the same, but your mind, your brain, your focus energy and your soul have changed.

Energy is meant to flow naturally, correctly. And You,, yeah, you your self are an energy.

A few decades ago, people lived without mobile phones. They walked more, ran more, talked face to face, and connected like real humans. Today, much of our energy is drained by our phones.

The screens of our gadgets are quietly stealing our time, and even the quality of our sleep. This has been proven by many studies.

When your body needs to restore and release energy during sleep, the constant exposure to screens reduces the quality of that sleep. As a result, your body doesn’t recover the way it should.

Release your energy in the right way, at the right place, and at the right time.

Feeling bored? Get up from your chair. Go outside. Throw your phone, leave it…

Visit family or friends, talk with them. Laugh together.

If you are a Muslim, read the Qur’an. Read Islamic books. Pray more. Do dhikr. Quran will heal your soul will pure energy.

Stop releasing your energy toward the wrong targets.

Our happiness often improves when we know less about other people’s lives and stop comparing them to our own.
